Following recent updates to the Adult training scheme detailed below the personal learning plans have been updated to reflect the changes

Recent Changes:

1. Tools for the Job have changed to Tools for the Role

n

2. Module 11 Administration has been made a compulsory module for Leaders and Managers, with Module 20 removed

n

3. Module 12 has been split into Modules 12a and 12b with 12 compulsory for Leaders and Managers, whilst 12b is for Leader appointments. Module 22 has been removed for Managers

n

4. Module 7 is now changed called Scouting for All
